Day 01 / Arrival Delhi

Day 02 / Delhi

  • A visit to the magnificent monument dating back to 11th century, Qutab Minar.

Day 03 / Delhi Agra

  • Early morning drive to Agra the city of Taj.
  • Arrival in Agra.
  • Transfer to hotel.

Afternoon visit to the Red fort A splendid construction with the wonder of wonders, Taj over shadowing it, Red Fort of Agra is one of the finest Mughal forts in the country. This magnanimous redsandstone fort stands tall on the bank of the Yamuna River and attracts thousands of tourists all year round. The construction of the fort was started by Emperor Akbar in 1565. Later on, his grandson Shah Jahan made additions in white marble. The emperor wanted to construct a huge military structure for his empire. Shah Jahan converted into a lavish palace. Ironically, the palace later turned into his prison for eight years. His son Aurangzeb seized power in the year 1658 and imprisoned his father.

A visit to the DiwanIAm (hall of public audience) – The site is the earliest demonstration of emperor’s fascination for marble. He used the place for addressing general public nobility.

A visit to the DiwanIKhas (hall of private audience) This beautiful royal enclosure is located behind the DiwanIAam. A small yet grand singlestorey structure stands beautifully at the northern corner. It includes mafnificently sculptured column at the center of the hall. Also referred to as IbadatKhana, Emperor Akbar used to initiate religious discourses here amongst various religious groups including Muslim, Hindu, Jain etc.

A visit to the magnificent Taj Mahal One of the seven wonders of the world, its creator, Emperor Shah Jahan, once said that it made ‘the sun and the moon shed tears from their eyes’. Thousands of tourists pour into the city to have a close look at this architectural marvel. Widely renowned as one of the most beautiful buildings in the world, over 20,000 men laboured were believed to have laboured for over 17 years to create this incredibly beautiful memorial to Shah Jahan’s beloved wife.

Evening is free to explore the Agra’s rich heritage of handicrafts in its markets.

Day 04 / Agra Jaipur

  • After breakfast, a drive to Jaipur the famous “pink city”. This desert city is named after Jai Singh, the former Maharaja of Jaipur.
  • A visit to Fatehpur Sikri

Day 05 / Jaipur

  • A leisurely breakfast.
  • A visit to the majestic Amber Fort. The experience is soul soothing. This beautiful fort is one of the most beautiful tourists attractions in Jaipur.
  • A ride up on Elephants.
  • A visit to the Palace of Winds (Hawa Mahal) Jaipur’s most distinctive landmark, the building is an extraordinary pink sandstone marvel integrated with delicately honeycombed hive. Hawa Mahal was constructed in the year 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh with an aim to enable ladies of the royal household to watch the life and processions of the city without actually coming out in public.
  • A visit to Jai Singh’s Observatory – The amazing site where time has been accurately measured since the 17th century.
  • Relish authentic Rajasthani dinner at Chokhi dani (an ethnic village resort). The place will provide you with an idea of the real village life of Rajasthan. Various traditional Rajasthani dances, puppet show and various other interesting activities are conducted here daily.

Day 06 / Jaipur Mandawa

  • Sightseeing of Mandawa – You can appreciate beautifully painted Havelis on the ancient and the world famous silk route.

Day 07 / Mandawa Delhi

  • Drive to Delhi after a palatable breakfast.
  • Transfer to airport for onward flight.
